The terms that govern your use of The Lumen Archive and the services it provides.
By accessing or using The Lumen Archive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
The Service provides access to digital resources including e-books and courses created by independent authors and educators. You may browse, purchase, download, and listen to content in accordance with the licenses granted at the time of purchase.
2. Accounts
To purchase content or list resources, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Purchases and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Purchases are fulfilled electronically, and access to purchased content appears in your library. Fees and revenue sharing with authors are governed by the Creator Agreement.
4. Listing Disclaimer
The Lumen Archive app does not accept rated and highly explicit materials. The app is predominantly for learning, mild relaxation and social advancement only.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by their respective creators or by The Lumen Archive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from content without permission.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lumen Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
